    𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘀:

    1) A good exercise regime when you’re young slows bone deterioration in old age.

    2) According to a study, owning a dog can lower your risk of heart disease. High levels of chronic stress are a leading cause of heart disease, but having a dog helps decrease stress and dog owners typically have lower blood pressure and cholesterol levels, both of which decrease your risk of cardiovascular disease. So, if your life is full of stress, why not consider adopting a canine friend.

    3) Of the 2 million people, globally, who receive treatment for kidney failure, the majority are treated in only five countries – the USA, Japan, Germany, Brazil, and Italy. These five countries represent only 12% of the world population. However, just 20% of those who receive treatment are from about 100 developing countries that together make up over 50% of the world population.

    Use Chopsticks At The Chinese Restaurant.

    When you’re eating out at a Chinese restaurant, make sure you try to use chopsticks because most of the fat and calories lurk in the sauce.

    Pluck your food out with chopsticks and mix with steamed rice for extra savings. This also slows down the speed of your eating which also helps with digestion.
